    Doesnt live up to 5 star standards.
    Clean Location
    Its more like a 4 star hotel being sold as a 5 star. Doesnt live up to the standards of Taj. For e.g. they advertised the room for 3 adults and then just laid the bedding for the 3rd person on the floor. See the picture attached. Also be prepared for wait for long check in time.

    A pleasant surprise and example of traditional high quality htellerie
    The hotel has very nice rooms, clean and we have been given a free update to a bigger one that has been very much appreciated. Overall look of the hotel is quite classy and the staff maybe a bit reverential (I must say me and my girlfriend are more used to backpacking and thus this maybe just our feeling) but so so much nice, helpful, clear and kind. We even decided to benefit from SPA massages which maybe are a bit expensive for India (even for a 5 stars hotel) but have been amazingly relaxing and needed after 10 days of wandering around. The restaurant level was also very good and the menu various and complete.

    To be honest we cant say there is something we didnt like, the level is very very high. Maybe we could suggest as a mere improvement to extend Spa services to something more than only massages (internal jacuzzi, sauna, etc.) and to include bathrobes in the rooms.

    It was the best hotel in India we stayed and definitely value for money. We had excellent breakfast and dinner. Good service. Pool has a heating system, but unfortunately we could not use it due to time constraints. Special thanks for free extra bed for a kid.
    Everything was good. Food,room and leisure facilities.

    Beautiful hotel in a great location. New Years Eve celebration was fantastic
    Hotel manager was not helpful is offering advice for services outside the hotel. He wanted us to book everting through the hotel at a much higher price

    Rooms and food were great.. expected for that price point.. They arranged for local transport and guide.. our guide Maan Singh was great and very accomodating, so was our driver, Ganesh Singh.. great experience..will recommend the place and experience for sure..
