Location is nearby to my branch office.

Front receptionst staff very bad, manager also very bad. its will be last choice due to service front desk and manager not friendly and when we said this is our last choice they smile and said ok... Seem they dont wellcome us especially during peak seasons very rude Only concierge service is good.

The fact that i had to pay 10rm for 1 extra piece of towel got my daughter. When i had already paid alot for 2 room and 2 nights.

Location was good . Staff were nice to ask what level we would prefer our room . Only issue was this is the first hotel I have ever stayed which gives you only 2 towels despite me booking for 4 guests . Have stayed in lots of hotels in different countries but never seen that you have to pay extra for the towels ( Im not talking about the pool towels as I do know some places charge for the pool towels ) also the shower had very poor drainage.

Found it unfair to charge extra for the bedroom towels , my mistake didnt read the T&Cs just cos I never expected something like that .
