It was not a good stay. We will not be returning.

The location was OK for our visit to Speke Hall the next day.

There is no way this could be called 'fabulous' and yet that is what it was described as on Booking.com. The owners had not responded to our questions before we arrived. The carpet had been taken up on the stairs and landing leaving bare cables. The place was called 'Sweet Dreams' on the web, it had no such name. It was 86 Earlsfield Road. There was only one bowl in the kitchen so we had to share that for breakfast. There were mugs and 3 Sensodyne toothpaste tubes left in the kitchen sink. Unpleasant. We were pleased to leave in the morning.

Nice room with tea and coffee. Excellent bathroom. Great location with plenty of busses to the city centre.

A pleasant experience.Close to the main city but local enough for a moment in time. Quiet location.

neat,clean space. We were initially met upon arrival by the lovely,affectionate and sweetest house cat.We met up with Carmel in the evening and had a good chat. Carmel is friendly,honest and engaging.A comfortable feeling in the house so you feel very relaxed.

The bedside light was a bit bright,more like a search light than a bedside light,but that is just preference. The bed was a little uncomfortable

Very good, handy for my destination.

Met by Varmel and her resident cat! Great location with nearby shops and craft beer bar. Room was clean with a large screen TV. Not ensuite but a nice bathroom on the same floor. All day parking with no restrictions outside. Carmel had informed me in advance she was having some enhancement work undertaken on the stairwell which looks good already. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very comfortable, it got everything you need, lovely owner

I loved everything about this stay. It was very clean, had everything you needed, toiletries, water, food, heat anything anything. Carmel was so lovely and it made my trip so much more amazing! If I ever visit I for sure will return here
