Superb

Comfortable room with good facilities and friendly staff.

Good service by the receptionist. They explained very well and safe me from parking summon by purchasing the parking tickets in advance.

Location

Room 512 - room is haunted and disturbances during the nite stay. Room ceiling leaking, very poor lighting, room is not clean especially the wash room. Carpet is extremely smelly as my parents open the small window to get rid of the carpet smell. Room 514 - room is haunted and lighting was very bad. Room is not clean and washroom is not clean as well. The aircon is bad and. It comfortable to stay. I stayed in Swan hotel few times previously and this time it was extremely bad and I did share my experience with the receptionist during my check out. The girl just smiled but there was a guy at receptionist who apologise. It was just one nite stay but the experience is horrible for the both rooms.
