    Being expansive and close to beach
    Poor attention of the restaurant staff and cutlery not in keeping with the type of food served, I.e no steak knives for grilled meat items. Also the property could do with some renovation

    think twice about over water bungalows
    People and pool
    Disappointed in condition of over water bungalow I was given. Poorly maintained, noisy aircon, broken door. Not to the level I expected.

    Living our best lives
    The pool was lovely and clean, with a team of people ready to assist with towels. The restaurant was great, again very clean and the food was excellent. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much. We stayed in a water bungalow which felt very luxurious. The space was used very well and decorated beautifully. A calm retreat.
    We really enjoyed the jacuzzi but we would have enjoyed the option for slightly warmer water, and a cover from the rain.

    Average hotel which cries for a refurbishment
    Nothing at all. Disappointed with the overall experience.
    Staff dudnt welcome us with a smile. They didn't seem to be bothered about the guests. No proper explanation or room tour was given. We booked two suites and they were in bad condition. Sliding nobs of the washroom was broken, phone works only on "0" which, there were no explanation or display card for it. Linen looked n felt so warn out. I feel that the management has given up of the property. Only good fact was the beach and the location.

    I loved the beach and didnt like the rooms
    I loved the beach, very beautiful and calming view. The pool was nice and big.
    At first, I booked a water chalet on the lake, and it was old and dirty, so I demanded to change my reservation into a suite. The suite was a bit old but better than the chalet. It is old to the point when you walk on the floors a squeaky sound comes out! Also, the jacuzzi was rusty and dirty.
