Nice hotel - not pet friendly even if listed as such on Booking

Nice views of the beach even from some of the courtyard rooms.

The pet policy is not clear on Booking's end as this came up as a pet friendly location and was a large portion of the reason for choosing this hotel. Only to find out after the reservation had been charged and the trip was too close to alter the plans that it is not pet friendly and there are exorbitant fines and fees for any evidence of pets on the premises.

Very poor

Terrible experience...cold, expensive, unprofessional.

View was great. Checkin and check outwent well.

The heater quit working...very cold. Bathroom was always cold. WiFi was sketchy. No maid service unless you pay $35...they said they were short-staffed...that's not the guest's problem! I made reservation for an ocean view with fireplace. On arrival, I was told it would be an additional $50 per day for a fireplace. Perhaps in summer, this would be more comfortable, but we were cold for four days and left on the fifth and did not stay the night. Have requested they refund us for that last night. The property is dated and there were areas (upper walkways) that had partially collapsed...they even had caution tape on these. Pot msokers at night on adjacent balconey...complained to desk...they did nothing. It's a non-smoking facility!!!!

Great ocean view from our deck. The beach was easy and right out our door to get to.

Superb

Wonderful!

Room was not ready at almost 5:00 pm, they gave us a dining voucher to compensate. Check in was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. Bed was a little firm for our liking but that's just a personal preference. Would defiantly stay again.

Over all a wonderful experience an I can't wait to come back

Beds were very comfortable. View was spectacular.

Wifi sucked. Fridge froze drinks an some of are food. Coffee maker needs a deep deep clean. Wish there were instructions how to use tv. Dvd player did not work no soap holder in the shower. People above us were very loud dragging this jumping walking very loud. People on beach lighting fireworks. A woman in the middle of the night was dancing doing some sort of ritual. A fire was light right below us an smoke filled our room.

Staff was friendly at checkin, able to get into room early.

The view was amazing! Restaurant near by, staff was amazing!

Not enough plug-ins for electronics. TV channels difficult to find and change channels, needed instructions. Wifi was spotty, cell service wasnt always available.

Disappointing

Disappointed in the quality of the room, does not match what is shown.

It was right on the ocean.

The pictures do not match the room that you get!!! The carpet was nasty and had stains everywhere. We had to go and buy some cheep slippers to walk around. The sliding glass doors were so worn out that you had to keep them open to enjoy the view. We only stayed because of the view.
