Good stay

It was good , had a Landry room and pool/ spa breakfast was good and staff was very nice.

Our room had a bunch of patch work on walls and wasnt re painted afterwards .

A real disaster.

The first night we found 6 roaches in our room #512 and the floor was dirty. We complained and were told that the hotel had some bugs problem. After a second night fighting with 25 roaches , we finally were able to move to the room #614 were we till had roaches problem. To top our bad experience, the hotel did not offer breakfast on Christmas day as it was supposed to be available. We asked the hotel for a discount or at least not charge us the $34 daily fee for our little dog. The answer, both days, was the manager is out of state for the weekend and can not be reached. We will follow this up with Booking.com and Best Western Hotels until we get satisfaction.

Superb

Location a Secret but Good Place to Stay

Breakfast good & would be better if cooked on spot at time of eating. Not enough folks eating at same time. Miles was gracious & very helpful. Keep him.

Location & maze to go through to find it. Signage for directions to site would help especially at night. Well lighted.

Would stay again

The staff (Jay) was very nice at check in. It was convenient to I-10 and UWF. The room was very spacious and quiet. Breakfast was really good with waffles, biscuits, sausage, eggs, and gravy. There was also yogurt, cereal, and muffins.

I had to dust the side table and headboards. The solution they mopped with left a sticky film on the floor, but other wise very clean.

Would definitely come again.

Our room was fantastic. And the desk clerk (Jay) was really great.

The breakfast was okay, but a little below average. (I would have liked a selection of fruit and a selection of yogurt.)

Very poor

Poorly constructed and finished inside of room.

It was fairly clean. Looked nice from the outside. Pleasant area

Inside construction and finish work were horrendous. I think a class of first graders could have done a better job painting. The floor had uneven soft spots. The finish work in the bathroom was very sub par. I would not stay here again.

Superb

Calm, clean, & comfortable!

The staff is very friendly and always trying to be accommodating. The willingness to negotiate and work with the property manager to fit our needs was what made me feel comfortable and beyond happy.

If the front desk could hold tax exemption forms that would be very helpful for a lot of us government employees. Thats it!
