Easy off the highway

The location was right off the highway. And seemed recently renovated

Bugs in the bathroom, no bread, no cream, no ketchup for breakfast, when mentioned to front desk about the roaches in the room I was met with excuses similar to the lack of breakfast things, and offered $25 off my next stay. However when I noted I was passing thru and wouldnt be returning the response was well carry on then

The staff is TOP NOTCH! Id like to personally point out Myra & Huey who went above & beyond to fix our booking issues! Very professional & accommodating! Breakfast is good-would highly suggest getting a waffle maker for homemade waffles

Sheets were filthy. Room was not what I reserved. Told staff. They accommodated to the best of their ability but still was charged full price when room was nasty

I didnt get a chance to stay but THIS PLACE HAS THE WORAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The staff was absolutely horrible. They canceled my reservation because I didnt respond properly whatever that means. When I asked the front desk worker to explain, he couldnt and didnt care to help figure it out. When I asked if they cared about losing money, he shrugged his shoulders and said no.
