The loca (Read More)tion is excellent, being close to the famous Ocean Ave restaurants. The quality of the mattress and sheets exceeds expectations for a budget hotel. Mary at the reception was particularly helpful during the stay.

EXCEPTIONAL!

Check in was great ! Gita the manager was so nice ! Rooms very clean and bed was very comfortable! Its located right in the shopping area of Carmel and a short walk to beach . Definitely would come here again

Loud next to the room people about 9 to 11 midnight drunk people so badly I was mad manager don't care at all well I must say the manager she good person she gave us a different room god bless her

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Close to downtown. Small and intimate. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and clean.

Mary offered amazing service at the front desk. Catered to all the requests and individual needs, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast being complementary was amazing and tasty.

Superb

location was great - walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was a good start to the day.

We could hear the room above shower, walking and a critter chewing in the walls.

Nice place to stay its expensive but everything is expensive in Carmel. Great location

The facility is perfect for walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. Very clean rooms

The walls are thin. I would stay there again but on the second floor. You can hear toilets flushing, showers, and walking/stomping across the floor upstairs.
