The Super 8 by Wyndham New Orleans offers cheaper lodging near the French Quarter. The rooms are clean and functional, but the breakfast is below average. The neighborhood is not great, but secure pa (Read More)rking is provided. Some guests appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. The location is far from tourist areas, making transportation expensive. Overall, it is a decent and economical place to stay for a few days.

Nice motel very nice for price. We didnt do much walking around the rain was to bad. We was just waiting on a cruise the next morning.

Always Courteous and Professional staff. Conveniently located and rooms are comfortable, clean. The price is relatively reasonable. I definitely like the security with cameras every where.

The vending machine for sodas was good, all the rest a disaster
the place was dirty, located in an awful location, full of things that didn't work (wifi, doors, lifts) and the breakfast was worse than bad

Nice room and pleasant staff, but a very noisy place!
Staff was very pleasant. Simple carb-heavy breakfast was provided daily. Beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Affordable rates for a 3-night stay. Short drive to the French Quarter by hopping on the nearby highway.
You can hear everything when youre trying to rest. The traffic from the nearby highway is constant and loud. And when patrons from the hotel are out in front of their hotel doors you can hear all the noise they make and their conversations. We were on the second floor so the person above us could be heard anytime they walked around the room. I didnt like the noise from every direction and at all hours.

At least I could grab a coffee and light breakfast there.
It was in the middle of nowhere. When we asked about getting something to eat or delivered, the desk staff said that the little grocery store beside them was now closed but they didn't recommend going in there. There was no food delivery places that would deliver to them. The bathroom had a floor towel rolled up at the corner of the tub but it was dripping wet and I saw a cochroach when I turned on the light. The shower was cold water and sprayed literally everywhere.

The hotel was close to the French Quarter
The elevator was scary. The hookers outside like other people mentioned, but they didnt bother anyone. The breakfast was two cereals and waffles.

It was ok for a night or two. Would pick a different place next time.
Quiet , and gated property.
The floor in the room slanted really bad. Bathroom was really small. Rooms could really use a makeover.
