Enjoyable as usual

We come every winter break, for years.

I don't like that the rooms don't get cleaned daily anymore. We have to go to the desk for anything and set trash outside the door.

Nice, centrally located spot. Very pleasant staff that helped at the front desk with check in and check out. Beds were nice and cozy. Heaps of channels to flick through on the tv. Niece and nephew loved the pool :) overall a great stay! And the breakfast was amazing. Loved the self serve waffle iron and the biscuits and gravy!

There isnt anything I can say I didnt enjoy. We had a very nice stay!

We have stayed here many times and our favorite place to stay when we are traveling with our pets. Staff is great, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the location couldn't be better.

As I said, this has been our favorite location to stay when our pets are with us. Unfortunately, this will have to change starting with our next trip. The fee for pets has been raised to such an exorbitant amount, we can no longer afford to stay at this location. The quoted fee for pets (2) during our four night stay was greater than the cost of the room for two adults. There are places we can stay that just charge a returnable deposit for pets. We will be staying at one of these the next time we visit Eureka Springs. My father was born in this town and we visit here approximately four times during most years. I will be looking for a new location for our stay starting with the next trip.
