Restful Night - Long Layover

The room was spacious and modern. The shower /bathroom area was lovely, again very modern with glass doors. Nice touch. The staff in the restaurant went out of the way to help me with a meal. A shoutout to the one young lady that helped me. - excellent customer services. Thank you.

There was no hand soap in my room.

Scenic by name scenic by nature

Good pool, amazing view and our villa was stunning. Food at the resort was excellent with a good range of options, breakfast was also very good.

The resort is quite far away from everything however they do run free transport across the island which is very good of them.

Amazing views. Excellent pool. Super helpful polite and professional staff with amazing smiles. Cho (the manager) and Feena (the supervisor) - Thank you for your hospitality, you have a great hotel with amazing staff, views and food. We loved the polite and very friendly nature of your entire staff. We really appreciate the quality of cleanliness, and the food is amazing.

There were several guests who were very rude to the staff. Cho, Feena, perhaps some signs throughout the hotel needs installing, saying, "Hotel staff reserves the right to be treated respectfully"

Disappointing

Disappointing by the management and their attitude

The view was the one saving factor for this remote hotel As well as one member of staff - Feena. She was amazing.

The very rude manager who told me to not waste his staffs time when I queried something on my bill. I have never been addressed in this manner by anyone. No customer service in his part. Location: It is remote so you have to fork out approximately 700 x2 baht every time you want to step out. You wont know this until you get there. Theres only one restaurant, no coffee shop as stated, no happy hour as stated, no kids club (as stated), expensive food and drinks. You have no other choice other take what they have or eat elsewhere. No activities on for guests (its a resort and spa) so you would expect something. No lifeguards on duty - none at the beach nor the pool. They have a shuttle bus but thats almost always full. 200 rooms with one 10seater bus going into Phuket town 2 times a day and returning two times a day(not enough to cater to all the guests). Breakfast: not a real breakfast. Not catering to the guests. Chicken wings for breakfast? Christmas dinner - excessively expensive without as much as juice to go with it.

Wonderful clean villa, scenic view, quiet and calm. Amazing clean swimming pools, also it wasnt crowded at all, which is great! The staff is overall helpful and hospitable

Staff was a bit forgetful We booked a particular villa but when we arrived it turned out that it was already taken by someone else, so we had to stay in a different one. Also checking out took like half an hour just because staff forgot to tell us that everythings fine and we can go. Probably its all due to the new year hurry though. Happy holidays!

Superb

Excellent resort with nice climate

Location and architecture of resort was very good. However, we need to mention that it's very far from city. Staff were very attentive. However, most of the staff does not speak english. Fron desk staff Feena was superb . She was very helpful in all aspects addressing our needs in terms of transportation and bookings.

Breakfast was not at all good.... even Omelette station was disappointing.
