Superb

- The room is big and comfortable, especially for the price we got. They provide free bottles of water everyday. - The location is very nice and close to Hue Historic Citadel, you can walk to the bridge and see the city. - The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful with everything you need.

- The alley is wet and dirty during the rain - The room doesn't provide towels for hand drying, only for showering - No night light

Big spacious rooms and bright filled lot of lights at night.

Cleaning was not upto the standard as there were lot of dirt, cobwebs, dusty. Kitchen didn't look tidy. Bathroom doesn't have soap holder near the shower. Need to be placed on top sink and stretch out of shower area to access while taking shower.

Wouldn't recommend.

Kind receptionist. Good location. Aircon didn't work in my room so I was easily moved to another room.

Very outdated space. Guests were allowed to smoke in the hall outside the rooms. My room "window" faced a brick wall without any outside light coming into the room. Flat pillows.

Exceptional

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. We were so well looked after by the staff. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable. We loved all the plants everywhere. Great location with plenty of restaurants in the lane. For a budget hotel it was better than some expensive places we have stayed in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
