Excellent location and views.

The location was exceptional and the views were outstanding. We got a couples massage after a week of traveling that was incredible. We were on our honeymoon and told them so, and they were kind enough to give us some treats when we arrived. The restaurant was great, and the stay was overall a much needed break from the grind of traveling.

Generally good

Good location, can get a shuttle boat/mini van to Dubrovnik, which is very convenient( extra charge)clean hotel, mostly friendly staff, nice spa facilities for families and couples, clean. Enjoyed a few Pilates classes in the sports center ( complimentary), very good Pilates instructor! Nice playground for kids.

The beach wasnt clean with rubbish, empty glassware and everywhere ( not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel) very disappointed and the beach stuff tried to remove parasols and sun beds to close the beach although the weather was still nice and lots of people were using them. The drinks were very good, but had to walk to the bar to order. Wasps infestation-impossible to enjoy breakfast outside, very aggressive wasps need to be dealt with. Fruit flies on the food, esp fruit, not very appealing. The selection of food was good, fruit and vegetables didnt look very fresh though. Very busy with big groups, so had to wake up early for breakfast not to queue for food. Cilantro stuff in October are not extremely welcoming, used to be better a couple of years ago. Although its the end of the season, but customers would still expect quality, even in October
