Tha place was very good, close to tram stop and metro. Room was very comfortable.

I wouldn't choose them again for a new stay in the city

The Hotel is well located , 20 min walk far from the city centre and well connected by public transportation.

The entire structure is old and needs renovation. In 5 days of stay, no cleaning service of the rooms and the bathrooms have been done. Even the sheets, although clean, were stained. Is not a 4 stars as claimed.

Excellent hotel , worth the money. Beds could be comfortable.

Location was perfect, right in front of a tram station. Reach anywhere in the city from the hotel in minutes. Breakfast was nice but get bored if you stay for a long time, the staffs were super friendly and worked tirelessly even during Christmas.

Beds were super uncomfortable because of springs which poked the whole time.

Budget friendly hotel in the city center

The staff are excellent and helpful from cleaning to the breakfast. The location is good and within walkable distance of the touristic places. Kitchen facilities in the room are also quite effective with a microwave, kettle, and a mini refrigerator even though we didn't need to use those.

The furniture was old style but it didn't bother us that much. Everything else was good.

Nice but not worth the amount paid

Really loved the location, it was equally close to the center and the train station (few tram stops away). The hotel owns its charm, and the room we got was actually 2 separate rooms, with small kitchen corner at the entrance. Place was perfect for 3 or even 4 people. There is a coffee maker in the room, first coffee pads are free, next ones are paid. Staff is really nice There was also tea in the kitchen cupboard, which was great for late arrival on a holiday when everything's closed. Rooms were warm (it was +10 outside). And it was comfy enough for a night or two.

Old and noisy. The hotel looks and feels old - furniture, grayed curtains, the smell of the old room - all of it makes the mood go down as soon as you open the door. Because the windows are also old and don't sit tightly, you can hear every tram outside as if running through your bed.. WiFi is available but working not too well, and mobile signal (at least for Vodafone) was also not really working in the room - I had to go into chairs at the entrance outside to check a few emails. For the same price I'd have 2 rooms in a flat in the same area with a much more modern feel and look. However, it still felt comfy, somehow.

The bathroom was big and there was always hot water The staff was smiley and polite The room was quite clean (despite the fact that we found some socks that were not ours !!) It was hot and pleasant inside the room I liked the electric kettle with the tea selection as well as the coffee machine with the two free capsules The location was quite with both tram and metro stations in a walking distance max 400m
