Halfway between Golden Circle and Vik

The hotel is in a good location for those who have completed the golden circle and are heading to the south of the island. There is a market nearby. Have a nice breakfast.

The bathroom window does not have a curtain and although the glass is frosted, it has a transparent line which made us uncomfortable when using the bathroom. The kettle was dirty and we couldn't use it (probably the previous guest made food in it).

Value for money with nice hot tub/sauna access.

Breakfast was adequate, staff friendly, facilities a bonus! Good location for exploring the south of Iceland.

We enjoyed staying in a town outside of Reykjavik to catch the Northern Lights--and that we did! It was nice that there was more than one hot tub and sauna. The onsite restaurant was good for dinner and the included breakfast was good.

The milk was out of one of the coffee machines and the hot chocolate was broken at breakfast. The shower was incredibly small and leaked water all over the bathroom. The toilet ran for quite awhile after using. The size of the room was very small, but not surprising for Europe.

Exceptional

The hotel was designed on one floor, having only the breakfast area on the second floor. To use its corridors intelligently, they built it in glass, and its a lovely place to sit, relax, and wait for the Northern lights. There is also a small gym, hot tubs, and saunas in the outside area.

The rooms are a little smaller, and the acoustic isolation was poor. I could hear the wind strokes and banging sounds all the night I slept really bad.

The breakfast was fantastic and had a lot of choice as well as a lot of warm dishes. Reception desk placed a call to our room when the northern lights were visible. Nice decor and warm people.

Good dinner and plentiful breakfast Enough parking space Good room but could use some updates

The sauna and hottub situation was not good why built it outdoor? Its too cold outside to do in your swimwearplease build it indoors or at least a way to get there without catching a cold. Also bathrobes are for rent why not free if you dont provide a warmer way ???!
