Guests enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Stirling Highland Hotel, praising the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Liz on reception. The rooms, while slightly tired, were clean and comfortable. The (Read More) breakfast selection was excellent. The building's quirky feel added to the charm. The off street parking and on-site spa facilities

If you need to put two beds together to for the king size can they both be the same height. And the mould running around the bath suggested upkeep was lacking

Good value break in an excellent location

Excellent location. Warm welcome from friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Bedroom was clean and comfortable but in need of refurbishment. Bathroom cleanliness was the only disappointment as there was dust and hair on the floor.

Fabulous hotel, polite staff and great facilities, city centre with an abundance of atmosphere

Weve stayed here multiple times and would return again. Location, rooms and facilities are great, such a relaxing city for a couples break.

Spa facilities are good, some minor recommendations to consider: Rubber matting in changing room and along walkways would make it more comfortable. Clear, large font and direct signage to inform users not put chemical oils into Steam room filters.

In no particular order- Free parking, location, the building exterior and interior, breakfast where it was and the quality, welcome pack with our deluxe room, access to leisure facilities and massage treatment that I had and I must say we did really enjoy our stay.

These points are things that would have made the stay perfect Breakfast set up- The coffee machine was not working but how it was dealt with was awful - squeezed into a ridiculously small area with only one pot each of coffee and hot water yet vast area for continental options. Hot plate where breakfast was served was very awkward as there was nowhere to put heavy cast iron lids and heat lamps preventing easy access to the pots. The pool area is very cold in my opinion unnecessarily as everywhere else was very warm which is great in winter. The overhead shower is basically far too big and incorrectly placed as the shower screen is totally inadequate to stop water going into the bathroom area, a hand held or rail option would have helped as not everybody wants to wash their hair. Also quite difficult to switch the shower on without getting wet. To use the kettle in the room it had to go on the floor as this was the only socket it would reach which is not ideal.

We had a wonderful time here, great location, all staff were extremely helpful and welcoming from reception, to breakfast to the spa area. Would like to mention our chamber maid Megan who was extremely thorough and did a wonderful job x we will be back, great trip x
