Fantastic hotel in a great location

Spotless, well appointed rooms that are nicely decorated. The bed was comfy and the bed linen clean and luxurious. The room was large and it was really handy having the small kitchen. Checkin/out was simple, and the breakfast was really really good. Its located very close to the station and a few minutes walk from the North Laines. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket 2 mins away too. We didnt see them, but there is a gym and games room in the basement. There are two multi story car parks nearby (additional charge). Highly recommend

A minor point, but the ventilation in the bathroom could be better.

Overall, a nice hotel, very clean and conveniently located, with a kitchenette in the room

The room was very clean, it had everything you would need, including a kitchenette, which was very nice and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was large and there was a fairly good range of food on offer. The location is quite good, the hotel is 5 mins walk from london road car park and about 20 to 25 mins walk from the sea front. The price we paid was good as it was just after christmas and before new year. But it does vary considerably.

The pillows are too soft, making sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The heating is useless, comprising of a ceiling vent, which try as we might, we could not get any warm air to emerge. It seems to be controlled centrally. Although the weather wasn't too cold for our visit, but I would be concerned about the heating on a freezing day!

A pleasant stay located close to Brighton Station without being disturbed by train noise.

We had everything we needed in the room. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The Kitchenette and fridge were a bonus and very useful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had an abundant choice of cooked and continental type food served from 6.30am to 10.30am week days and from 7.30-10.30am weekends. Quickest route from Brightong station: Exit the station and turn left into Trafalgar Street. You will go downhill under the arches. Keep walking until you find Station Street on the left. Walk to the end of that street and turn into Fleet Street. You'll find the hotel on the left... We will definitely book again in the future.

Great room, good to have a mini kitchen. So close to the station Was also pleasantly surprised with the breakfast, a good selection of hot and cold considering it was still a small buffet style

couldnt have asked for more, other than to stay longer!

felt safe, clean, comfortable and well located staff were all so lovely! i liked that ill be returning soon :)

would have been nice to have a place for and be supplied a hand towel and soap in the kitchen area considering you can cook there so would make sense! and a minor detail but one that you do look for and so notice, no hook on the back of the bathroom door.
