Poor cleaning, trays with food remains on the floor of all the room corridors, very diverse and uninformed staff, the attention is that of a 4-star hotel.

Ive stayed in many amazing hotels but st. Regis services was from far the best Ive ever had. I was shocked with how we were treated, with our butler, the concierge, the spa staff. Everything was perfectly and smooth. I had the best experience ever.

A wonderful venue marred by starting the day with crummy coffee. We will return,with a French drip.

The breakfast in room is main reason why stay wasnt excellent. The coffee was made by someone who doesnt care, doesnt value their morning cup. The toasted English Muffins were inevitably near cold. Bringing me two when I ordered one didnt resolve this. Every day I said one muffin, hot, and I got two, cold. The prices for breakfast are very very high, and the value was at 1 out of 10. Almost sadly, after telling the room service people every day of the poor quality of the coffee, the last morning we went to Velvet and had a good breakfast and good coffee. So the hotel can make decent coffee, but cant seem to get it included in room service. The morning coffee in every road warrior hotel Ive visited was better. Are we making a big deal over the coffee? Little worse than dreading your morning cup.

The breakfast and morning coffee. The coffee made us dread the first sip. I almost was going to go buy a coffee maker. The English muffins were near cold. Unappetizing. These are so simple, its Inexplicable why room service cant manage better.

We have stayed many times. The rooms are good, location good, spa good, all very very high priced.

The room service breakfasts were the poorest part of trip. English muffins were cold, coffee mediocre. The velvet breakfast wears excellent
