Best deal in Aspen!

Everything!! Location is excellent. The staff was incredible. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was brand new and everything was clean and spacious.

Only two downsides; no mirrors in the condos outside or bathrooms and very minimally stocked kitchen, so not great for elaborate meals but great for small cooking tasks.

This was a great option for our family. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Great location within easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Nice variety of options for breakfast. We also enjoyed the heated pool in the evening.

Breakfast was perfect. Room nice. Location very good. Easy to go everywhere. They have coffee during the day and a very nice tea for the afternoon!!!! If I visit Aspen again I will definitely stay here!!!!

If I could give a suggestion, the happy hour that is amazing with wine and popcorn could be more promoted, maybe a notice at the desk with more details like schedule!!!!

A very cute and charming lodge with extremely friendly and welcoming staff

I loved how accommodating the staff was. We had initially booked the suites with shared bathrooms without realizing. Spoke with the staff and they immediately switched us to a separate suite once available. The breakfast platter was also really nice. Best part was the staff was so familiar with the route to Maroon Bells, and told us to take the bus which cut out time in half when we went early in the morning compared to driving there ourselves.

Everything was great, super clean facilities, very comfortable bed. It was exactly what we needed for the price, a great

Hot tub and sauna are amazing after an active day on the slopes! Bathrooms very clean and beds very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great value- will definitely stay here again next time Im in town to ski!

There was no elevator so being on 3rd floor could be difficult for some people, room was on the small side

Home away from Home

The owner and the staff and even the long term guests. STAFF is so helpful and nice felt like home. SPECIALLY the FREE WINE in the evening happy hour with popcorn.

No lifts. Carrying luggage in and out was so bad.

A staple for an affordable Aspen mini vacation.

We enjoyed the location being outside of the busy part of Aspen but walking distance of about 6 blocks into the center of town. We are hikers and took an evening stroll and morning walk along the back road parallel to the Main Road which brings you straight to the Fountains of Aspen! Parking was convenient, property was well kept and beautiful. We only discovered the steam room just before checking out. The healthy breakfast with fresh fruits, yogurt, breads, etc. was a welcoming, pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the welcomng cookies and drinks provided in the lobby. Very affordable and comfortable for Aspen.

We were dismayed to find 3 of your workers (2 girls, 1 guy) downstairs in the breakfast area, standing for about 5 mins. in front of the bread / later moving to the yogurt counter, chatting away with no concern of the hotel guests who wanted to get access to the breakfast items. They were blocking the way for many of us early risers. Yes, they were the hotel workers as we saw them again later on the upper floors collecting the dirty towels and sheets from the room. The other issue we had was that the new linens were stacked along the hallway, near the stairway where all guests must pass to go up / down the stairs. The hallway is already narrow and with obstructions like this gives guests less walking space. A solution would be to put the stack of linens at the other end of the hallway where guests do not walk. We stayed on the 2nd floor.
