Superb

A pleasant place.

It was very clean and everything thoughtfully provided including information on local facilities.

The distance from the city but mainly the check out time of 10am which I found rather early and didnt know that that was the case until I had already booked.

ideal for sleeping. Inadequate as base for a family holidaying.

great location to shops dog walks and the town.

the property sleeps 6 people and yet only seats 4 comfortably. There are more toilets than dining chairs and space to eat at a table.

It was a comfortable stay with helpful hosts who were available promptly on sending a message.

It was clean and comfortable, the location was near the University of East Anglia which made it convenient for me. There was free parking and the hosts were receptive, they answered my queries promptly.

Location was perfect for our needs as we were in Norwich for our daughters Graduation ceremony at UEA

Very good

The property was exactly as described in the booking. Its in a lovely quiet location. All I could hear was birdsong in the morning.

There was nothing to dislike. The house is very comfortable, a home from home.

I was thoroughly disappointed to find that the house was not cleaned properly. I regularly use Air BNB and Booking.com for my business and pleasure stays and I was shocked at the lack of attention to the cleaning. For example: Thick layer of dust on the headboards of the beds Black hair on the toilet floor Dust and dirt in the corners of the bathroom Dust on the bottom edge of the bannister rail Empty crisp packet down side of one of sofas Some of the crockery was not washed up properly. I feel I have not had value for money and as my daughter suffers with asthma, we had to adjust the sleeping arrangements which was inconvenient as we arrived very late on the Friday evening.
