This SpringHill Suites Napa Valley is a great hotel with comfortable and nicely furnished rooms. The only drawback is that rooms facing the highway can be noisy from morning traffic. However, if you (Read More)get a room facing the well-maintained courtyard, noise should not be an issue. The staff is excellent, providing easy check-in and a quiet location. The hotel also features a relaxing pool and hot tub.

Pet fee is $100 nonrefundable

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were kind.

When I checked in, I was told that the pet fee was a deposit (implying that it would be refunded at the end of our stay). After check out, I learned it is a fee, and was not refundable. For an extra $100, I would have stayed elsewhere. Very disappointed that the fee was not made clear when I booked.

Good deal & great for EV charging overnight!

Quiet location, friendly staff & clean, comfortable rooms. Best bonus = free EV charging for hotel guests (NOT JUST TESLA, also a few Level 2 chargers on-site!)

Hot tub was not working -- frigid cold! At least the pool was heated...

I would consider this place my only choice for Napa.

The breakfast was amazing, great choices and delicious. Great tasting coffee! And the dining room staff were awesome.

The only problem was the air conditioner, it sounded like a 747 taking off.

Cold Shower

It was just as I expected front Marriott overall and really well decorated.

We had a plumbing problem with the shower handle, which caused a couple cold showers. I requested a maintenance call but, no one was available on the weekend that could make the repair. Miss Diane at the front desk was very gracious and did what she could to accommodate us with the personnel she had available but, their wasn't anyone available for a maintenance call until Monday.

We will definitely stay at Springhill Suites again!

The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of foods. It was nice having our room cleaned daily. The hotel was quiet despite being by an entrance and our corridor being relatively full. The best part is there was no fee for parking and we were able to park near the entrance by our room and see our vehicle from the window of our room.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that we didn't like.

In spite of the cold weather in San Francisco, the week was great because of accomodations

The selection of breakfast foods, especially the eggs, the crispy bacon, the plant based sausage and the fruits were exceeptional. The breakfast staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. I am researching the the type of mattress in my room. Best sleep ever. I want that type of mattress for home.

Not a big complaint, but the only complimentary item was water. Any one item would have been great, Candy, cookies, punch.
