The tv had an awful location in the room. No cleaning in the room unless you tell in the front desk. How do I know that if nobody told me when I did the check in ? The breakfast was good the first day . The second day there were a lot of things missing.

We traveled with a group of friends. There were 5 adults. The room was a great size for us with two beds and a pullout. The room was nice looking. Mostly clean. The beds were decent.

The bathrooms were dirty. The shower had no retaining wall. There was no drain in the bathroom floor. The shower flooded the entire bathroom making a dangerous mess. The breakfast was awful. The muffins were stale. There were very few options. We were kept awake all night by some kids down the hallway who thought it was funny to bang on our door off and on all night.

Except for the noise it was very nice.

Convenient and very nicely laid out.

Very noisy person near by, they kept going in and out of their room between midnight and 2 AM allowing the door to slam shut and talking very loud!

standard business hotel for travellers

standard hotel for business travellers, so if you travel often for business - everything is there. there is no food but this is expected in USA business hotels. amenities are present such as ice machine, laundry etc.

I didnt find this on the GPS and went to a wrong Springhill. Perhaps the GPS can be linked to the correct address on googlemaps. other than that, there was a bit of a wait due to a large influx of tour group. it took a quite a while.
