This SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Nashville Downtown/Convention Center is praised for being family-friendly and convenient. Guests appreciate the amazing water quality and the hotel's ideal locat (Read More)ion, away from the crowds but within walking distance to Broadway. The large rooms with comfortable beds and the amenities like a microwave and fridge are highly recommended. While some guests were disappointed with the lack of room cleaning unless requested, the friendly staff, cleanliness, and convenient location were still appreciated. The hotel's condition was described as a bit rundown but clean.

Great choice to visit downtown, easy walk to the sites and Broadway.
Large rooms, well maintained, comfortable beds. Appreciated having breakfast included and on site, but would appreciate real cream for coffee. Pretty good variety. Entire facility was super clean. The staff was very friendly.
Lots of noise from hallway. Guest doors or stairway door (we were at the end of the hall) and rattling sounds. We were not near elevators but they were particularly loud-Ask for room away.

Very nice place
Having to pay $25 a night for valet. And then being charged double on my credit card. It has been almost a month and I am still waiting for my credit to be returned. I asked for an entire refund and they would not accommodate.
