    Typical Fairbanks hotel - nothing special. It is downtown, which is nice. It is at the center of town and within walking distance of the Chena River, the visitor center, and a variety of shops and restaurants, so that was nice.
    This was a date with my wife, giving her time away from the house. Most of the guests were on business, so I felt like I was going to work. The rooms are small cookie-cutter type. The beds are comfortable, though. The hotel is a good place to sleep, but not so much if you have time and just want to hang out some.

    Nice hotel, our second stay there.
    The location was excellent. It is between the Chena River and old town Fairbanks. Lots of free parking when we got our car. The breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from.
    I would have like to be on a higher floor. For some reason, they gave us one of the handicap configured rooms. We didn't ask to change.
