The stay is good, but need to improve a lot

The food is tasty but only less choice, the cleaning of the rooms are very poor, all the furnitures are damaged need to change.

Need more cleaning, need to change the furniture, add more malayalam chanel's in the tv.

Beautiful and quiet place for complete relaxation with family and friends. It's a real eco-friendly nature resort with a peaceful location away from the crowd, worth the money, beautiful mountain view rooms, well maintained swimming pool, very nice and friendly staffs, food was so delicious with lots of varieties, overall a very good place for nature lovers.

The restaurant was good and the food was above average.

The rooms where not ready when we reached, the excuse was that the previous guests were late to checkout. Most of the house keeping staff doesn't understand malayalam, they are native Hindi speaking guys.

Wonderful.....

It's a beautiful day with spring muunnar...full of greenery with birds...my family enjoyed a lot...rooms are well maintained... staffs are very polite...food was very tasty and healthy, especially breakfast.. they have well maintained swimming pool and gym.. children's enjoyed a lot.. thank you so much for the management...keep going... We will come again and will stay in Tree house...

Awesome place to spend time with family. Very natural place, where maintained nature as such. Really enjoyed birds sounds and wild squirrel moving around. Very good food and people managing the resorts. Such a huge area full with greenery.. children enjoyed a lot..a must visit for nature lovers..staffs behavior are the best.. Very good photo shoot area inside and outside the resort
