    I would definitely recommend this hotel and will go back for our next visit.
    The comfort, service and especially the location! Close to St Marco, the Rialto areas, restaurants and shops. We could walk everywhere! We had a really great experience! They checked using a room, rather small, just above the restaurant , so it was noisy, and changed us into a bigger and quiet room without any fuss or hassle. Really polite and professional! I also recommend to book a taxi boat that takes you directly to the hotel from the airport.

    Magic day in Venice! We were very pleased with accomodation, our rate was upgraded to the room with the canal view. Staff is very polite and assissed us with The Doge Palace tickets.

    Nice place to stay in Venice for its comforts and surroundings.
    Hotel is situated in the walking distance of the main attractions and the room was very cozy and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. And the checkout time at 12.00 is very convenient, not many hotels in Italy offer this luxury.
    The room is quite small and the breakfast in the room was overpriced, in my opinion.

    Beautiful location and worth the extra cost for the amenities and superior service
    The water taxi pier at the front door was a winner for me. The extra amenities were great and unexpected. The staff was extremely helpful arranging tours and transportation, giving directions and making recommendations.
    The pillows were a little flat but I think plump pillows are an American thing. It certainly didnt detract from my overall experience. It was a little hard to find down a dimly lit street but I learned to use the more trafficked entrance to reception rather than the one to the hotel lobby and elevators.

    My absolute favorite hotel with the KINDEST staff!
    Just love, love, love this hotel. A home away from home. A room with a great view, in an ideal location. Unique and tasteful interior. Most importantly, the staff are the nicest people, who make you feel welcome, cared for and really invest in every detail. My boyfriend had a birthday while staying at the hotel, when we arrived at the hotel in the evening we found a gift and a letter left by the hotel for him. There are many examples of how these people notice every detail and really want to make your stay the best. The comfort of the bed was super, the pillows are wonderful (I'm very picky about them). Breakfast, better than most restaurants! 10/10! My absolute favorite hotel! PS! Ladies: The hotel has GHD hair dryers!
