Guests praised the Southampton serviced apartments for their convenient location near major routes and the city centre, ample parking, spacious layout suitable for a family, corner bath, and pleasant (Read More) balcony. They found the property manager to be extremely helpful. However, some guests noted cleanliness issues between stays, particularly with cooking equipment and overall apartment cleanliness. Despite this, guests still found the apartments comfortable, well-equipped, and worth staying at again.

Very good

Great base for Winchester or Southampton.

Great location, decent apartment to use as a base for Winchester or Southampton. Property had a lift which was very handy and free parking.

2nd bedroom a tad small, but fine for a short stay.

Location, price and cleanliness. Have stayed here before. Ideal For two couples or family: communication is always great

Couldnt get the heating to work so it was either really hot or cold. We have stayed here before and its only now starting to look a bit tired in places

Disappointing

once all these problems were fixed it was ok reported bedding before we left

Code for key box was text to me so easy to get into property and off street parking

the freezer draws where full of water where it had been swicthed also we had to have 5 spot light bulbs change the follwing day also we stained bedding

Lovely modern apartment in leafy suburb

Spacious lounge/kitchen area. Big main bedroom and good sized second bedroom. Modern and stylish. Free parking was good too.

Good apartment, good value, bad WiFi

The location is good and it's good value for money

The only issue for me is the WiFi - the mobile data in the area is quite rough so WiFi is really needed. Most of the stay, we had none as the various routers would just go offline or be online with no Internet- this wasn't for streaming but just general emails. I think the Internet there really needs an upgrade as this has been an issue before
