    The staff was great. Everyone was willing to help. There was a language barrier, but I made the best of it.
    The room was not in the best shape. The wall fixtures were falling from the walls. The bathroom had no hot water. There was a tissue dispenser on the bathroom counter with no tissue in it. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. I had the room serviced every day, but there were days when the towels were not replaced. One feature of the room was the sliding patio door. It was barely operational and functional. For the price of the stay here, I was a bit disappointed. I expected a lot more for the price.

    Not worth it because of the beach vendors.
    The pools and the outside looked nice.
    We didnt like that the beach was not a private beach for a 4-star hotel. It was full of venders that wouldnt leave us alone and scammed us or tried scamming us. It was not peaceful at all. Would not recommend to others.

    I like the pool and the breakfast was delicious and the staff was attentive
