    The Sonesta Charlotte Executive Park is described as a clean and well-maintained spot, though housekeeping only came once during a 3-night stay. The front desk provided good service, supplying coffee (Read More) pods and an extra blanket when requested. Although the hotel's exterior appeared old, the inside was welcoming and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was convenient, just minutes from uptown Charlotte. Overall, both reviewers had a positive experience and would return.

    The property was probably amazing at one point but the furnitures are dated. The bathroom need some upkeep. The carpet was not the cleanest

    We stayed for 3 days and they never changed our towels or cleaned our room and 2 cockroaches came out in the room.

    The pay for parking should be included The breakfast was costly and should have been added with the stay The elevator was a little tricky to operate

    Nice clean comfortable room at a great price.
    The room was very well appointed and clean. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean comfortable room at a great price.
    We got their at shift change and the front desk was a little slow checking in.
