Bathroom was a Garden Oasis

We loved staying at his property. Not only is the location amazing, but the hotel room was beautiful. The bathroom was our favorite part and we enjoyed looking out at the wall garden. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Kyoto.

The garden view from our room/bathroom is quite mesmerising. The staff were helpful and professional. The laundry has a QR code that lets you know the status of your washing from within the room.

The hotel is close to Sanjo Stn but slightly far from the city centre if youre walking.

Great part of town and quiet.

Located 2 mins away from the subway, and within stones throw of many bus services. Can walk to major shopping districts with lots of food options. Quiet part of downtown and in a great neighbourhood.

Overall, we had a very good stay at the hotel.

Breakfast was great.

The room was quite small and since we were staying there as part of a long trip, it was hard to find a place for all of our things.

Convenient location, helpful staff with good english, cleanliness, great buffet breakfast with western and Japanese options, pleasant and comfortable.

The air conditioner didn't seem to be working very well regardless of the modes I tried. Even with the fan on and temperature down, the air felt hot. I was grateful for the staff allowing me to open the window slightly.
