    Great location in nice quiet area, comfortable bed and shower, very clean. Appreciated having Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee and tea replenished daily. Housekeeping service was excellent. Reception staff was friendly and helpful

    The staff was fantastic. They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was central to city center, so restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I would recommend it to others for this reason.
    I expected this hotel to be a true 4-star hotel and although it was pleasant, it had an awkward layout of the room and bathroom. For instance, there was no counter space in the bathroom, really at all. A shelf beneath the sink would have been a great feature to add to the bathroom. There were not any wash clothes in the room and the hotel did not have any. Also, there was no way for individuals to control the A/C during this time of year, which I thought was a little bit odd but maybe that's normal.
