    A memorable stay
    Initially, I was given a corner room, and they claimed for it to be a bigger room than the usual, which wasn't true considering that it looked terribly cramped and they didn't provide space to hang clothes nor provide bathrobes in said room. I voiced out my concern and they were nice enough to change to a non-corner room which provided what I previously had when I stayed over a few years back. The room was clean and their services were up to par.
    There was this one bobbed haired lady who gave quite the attitude when I went to the front desk to inform them that I wasn't getting the room that I paid for. Thankfully enough, the male reception who just reported into his shift was able to de-escalate the situation and accompanied me to view my room and the requested room. The bobbed haired lady wasn't as accommodating as the rest. I'm already checking in late around 10+ in the evening and had to face that kind of attitude, who wouldn't be livid? I remember requesting for a change of sheets a couple times and to top up the body wash but it wasn't done till I had to call out the oversight. The safe in my room is also faulty. They used to provide bath salts, but I suppose they compensated by providing body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower area, which is fine. It's still a great stay and the service rendered did not disappoint.

    - Room unavailable - checked in after 3pm, room NOT available wait till 5pm also NOT available - empty promise during check in at counter - late check in at 7pm - lesss choices for breakfast - rude staff

    Wan Chun Ting: Cantonese yum Cha restaurant with fab food and ambiance.
    Pillows didnt have pillow protectors inside so you could literally SEE how yellow/aged they were from other guests drool - it was really unhygienic and even after i got brought it up, no protectors were added inside the pillow cases. Called for an extra fork on three separate occasions across 2 days, even after ordering room service 3 times. No extra fork came. All lifts are programmed to dispense room freshener every time you are in them. Every time the doors closed. You will be sprayed like a cockroach against your will. Its toxic and overbearing given the proximity.

    Im always with sofitel but im disappointed with this time around. Will not come again
    Complimentary ask and didnt receive. Ask for personal printed paper also didnt allow. A chinese guy at the check in desk
