I believe I lost/left in the room a Wi-Fi hot spot. It is small approx. 3/4 black 1 thick and can not be used other than my phone. I would like it shipped to me. Jj

Beautiful place to stay at the beach. I enjoyed my birthday.

I liked that the beach is straight across street. I liked that all the shopping malls was behind me. Everything was walking distance. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The dining area is lovely and so is the outside setting area.

No complaints at all. Everything was great.

Perfect location for our "mini-moon"!

The hotel was fairly new so it was impeccable! The cleanliness, the decor, and the staff were courteous. The breakfast was not very good on the first day, the staff did not maintain the availability of the items listed as being a part of the breakfast buffet. However, on the second day, the breakfast checked all the boxes and the omelets were great! The room was beautifully appointed and we also used the exercise room and had a good workout. The location was AWESOME! Pier Park is in the backyard!

When I booked the room I thought the beach would be right out the door because the hotel is advertised as beachfront but it is actually beach adjacent. Front Beach Road is in front of the hotel and there were powerlines in the view of the ocean from our balcony. However, I LOVED THE VIEW! Also, the hot tub was out of service but everything the hotel offered far exceeded the things that could be a complaint.

Pleasant property

Overall from using "Booking.com", an easy check-in, a clean, comfortable well laid out quiet-pet friendly room through our stay my answer would be it met our needs. The location was good for our "work" requirements, the Hotel restaurant staff was pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful with a choice of ready made or request to order. Compared to many Hotel dinners this Chef took ownership in making the dishes tasteful. We would return for another stay.

Our stay was from December 3rd through the 8th and this was a time of unusual cold temperatures 45 degrees at 9 am. Because we were up early, gone all day and return to the room exhausted the room's 63 degree temperature was low and annoying. The night before we left the outside temp was lower and the inside room was 61. Although we had placed two work requests in the issue I was told by the maintenance Supervisor was the AC system wasn't able to get a signal to switch to heat. ?? Technology ?? The Staff tried to be helpful and did offer to switch rooms however being 8 pm the night before leaving didn't help. I would like to know if Room 133's AC ever got connected to heat!!
