The room was great but staff should be more present

Clean, comfortable. Great location!

When I arrived I had to stand at the front counter for a bit before someone came. Upon checkout I stood at the counter to turn in my room key and none ever came. I finally just left the key on the counter and left.

Great Getaway

Good location. Check-in was easy. Desk clerk, Andre, was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. King bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast bar was good and kept clean. Hot food hot. Mini waffles were delicious.

Great location and staff

Location perfect and plenty of restaurants near by and the morning breakfast was perfect . Went to exercise there nice pool but didnt use not enough time since only stayed 1 night but will stay again when in that area.

Andre made a difficult situation better.

Andre was wonderful. Another staff member was not helpful when our hair dryer was broken. Andre made it right by refunding one nights stay.

The morning clerk was rude and reluctant to help us replace the broken hair dryer in our room.

Perfect stay for a value!

Great selection of hot/cold foods and beverages at breakfast. The attendant kept everything filled and fresh the whole time. Comfy beds, fast WiFi and great location.

Could use updating. Older fixtures, things were loose like towel holders and light fixtures.

Visiting my daughter at college. I stay in Williamsburg frequently. I wont stay here again.

Proximity to William & Mary.

The room to the door was broken and I had to get the person at the front door to assist me. It took him several minutes to figure it out. Getting in and out of the room was tricky and annoying. The room was not very clean, the sheets looked like they had not been changed, people were loud (bad soundproofing). I would not stay here again. It was not horrible but there are many other better options to pick from close by.
