Disappointing

It was ok.

Pool was closed without notice. For maintenance. I had 6 grandchildren coming to go swimming and spending time with us. We called another hotel who had a room...let us check in early, and did an awesome job for us.. So we left !

Very good

I like the location and the rooms were nice. I also liked that check out was at noon.

I didnt like that breakfast ended at 9:00am. Since checkout wasnt until noon, we slept in so we skipped breakfast. 10 oclock would have been much better.

Location is great but won't stay here again.

Location was excellent. Easy to find.

Blower in bathroom didn't work. When you got off the toilet it made a clanging noise. Rooms are dark, not enough lighting. Showers weren't hot, sinks had hot water though. They quit making scrambled eggs and sausage early because they didn't want to make more.

Nice rooms. Quiet and comfortable. Lack of staffing/repairs for pool and spa and a hot breakfast were a disappointme

We like this property location and amenities.

The spa and pool were closed when we arrived we were told at chalk-in. In the morning, the breakfast area was out of hot food. There was cold cereal, milk and coffee. When 3 amenities are offered but not delivered shouldnt there be a credit?

Needs improvement

Location is great. Checkin quick and easy.

Pool closed. Breakfast was awful. Next to nothing was available to choose from. The waffle mix had huge lumps and the waffle maker even though i used the spray still stuck. Was a frikn mess. Pkgs of cutlery there were only 2 pkgs. only 2 pkgs pancake syrup. No toppings for waffles besides syrup. No eggs, sausage or bacon. Only a few oranges for fresh fruit. Very disappointing. The pop machines barely worked. Didnt accept debit cards on first floor machine and machine on 3rd floor only took cash but barely. The bathtub spout was not caulked and basically just hanging there loose. On the 3rd floor there was a plugin wall plate lying in the middle of the hallway.

Much needed mini break

It was decorated pleasantly. Clean . Large assortment for breakfast, scrambled eggs sausage patties, bison gravy and the normal continental items. ( we didnt eat tho) Pool and jacuzzi stayed open till midnight. Room was clean and perfect size too. Loved the Extra pillows on the bed. Shower was a personal handheld adjustable height, excellent! Bedding was fresh and clean. We did not hear floor traffic or any noice at all! It was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

We got down to breakfast at 8 and things were pretty picked over. No one was restocking with more, so we didnt eat., there. It appeared to be an excellent assortment tho.

Superb

Clean modern stay for the reputation sleep inns are known for this was way better than most 4 stars.

they were constantly cleaning and ensuring things were in there place this exceeded my expectations

the only thing i could say is minimal in complaint. the WIFI would cut on and off not sure why wasn't often just middle of the day. i understand i need to sign in everyday but this wasn't that issue.
