Highly Affordable Luxury Stay
Oh gosh, I was expecting pretty much a shack type of accomodation based on the price I paid. I was shocked to walk in and see a wonderful, ocean front view with two beds. Bonus: It was right next to Mo's Chowder House which was going to be my next stop. I loved every minute of my stay.

Looking forward to your remodel. Hopefully you go all the way and not just paint.
The room was bigger than I was expecting and the view from the balcony was great. The bed was very comfortable.
This hotel is very noisy. You can hear the doors of your neighbors opening and closing, also you can feel the vibrations of people moving in the rooms next door. The furniture is in need of updating. Tables and cabinets are showing their age and couch and chair were well worn.

View was amazing, Location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
Room was clean but not vacuumed well, and I am being very picky here. I had a 2nd floor room which tended to be a little noisy at times.
