    Cozy newly-renovated Tiki-style hotel with beautiful outdoor facilities. Tucked away & private.
    The renovation of this property was superb. Fantastic landscaping and facilities. Loved my private patio, kitchenette, the fire pits, swings & hammocks, heated pool. Everything was re-done, but still felt authentically "Tiki" and also felt like "old Florida." Tucked away in a residential area near the beach and fairly quiet despite proximity to a 4 lane primary road. Staff also gave me a quick tour of the property, which was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
    There's quite a bit of security lighting around the property (as there should be - due to the foliage and proximity of the road). Windows at the back of my hotel room did not have shades that adequately darkened the room. Too bright. Used a towel to block it. Staff said they will be fixing this shortly.

    From the moment we met in the office I knew we had made a good choice to stay here. Friendly staff. Well kept grounds. We stayed 10 nights and loved it. Despite the fact my hubby got sick. It was nice to have the bedroom and the sitting room. It was great to prepare meals in the unit. The heated pool was fabulous. As short drive to beaches and Siesta Key Village.

    I liked the amenities and the size off the room along with the individual patio. Also I'm a light sleeper, and I go to bed early, even though music was playing in the common area accross from my room it was shut off at a reasonable time and it wasn't obnoxiously loud.

    Staff was great! Did their best to accommodate and make our stay the best. Privacy & location .
    Difficulty getting pool towels., may suggest purchasing more. No food amenities at location at property.

    Even though there was some final payment discrepancies, apparently due to booking.com's error, I must admit the property was great, very clean, colorful, full of plants around, 2 swimming pools, nice house/chill music playing in the background during the daytime hours, great location, close to the beach (20 mins walk) and other facilities like shops, fast foods etc.
    the kitchen in the apartment could be designed in a bit more convenient way, there was no space to put washed dishes also there was no cutting board but still overall experience was great!
