    Mostly comfortable and great location.
    Great location with easy access across to the beach and jetty. Nice warm pool, comfortable lounge.
    A lot of old or broken things, eg 2 x toasters, one that burns the toast and the other you had to hold down. Linen and towels were thin, old and marked. Bike tyres were totally flat and was not usable. Didnt like the neighbours sitting at the pool table outside our bedroom door.

    Excellent place to stay, definitely recommend
    The location was excellent! Very clean and comfortable house.
    Garbage man and landscaper came the first morning we were there when we were trying to sleep. That was not a big deal though

    This was not hotel, so the breakfasts were made by my self and my friends. The cooking where needed some attention. The eggs always burnt, but we managed to get a good breakfast every day.
    What could've been better is to have the ocean closer to us than it was. It was at least a mile away and two of our party could not walk that far. So until the last day we did not have any time at the beach.

    Wont be back to this property. Will spread the word of just how bad it is maintained
    Property was poorly maintained. Owner had excuse for everything that was broken down. If she couldnt afford to maintain ( although she was making enough money off the property) she shouldnt be renting .
    Cockroaches, broken toilet, broken slider, dated property, air conditioner so noisy hard to sleep. Owner was non compliant with all requests. Had pest control in the day before our arrival and did not disclose that until we complained of multiple roach sitings in bedrooms and kitchen. Dont know how we could have damaged this property since it was so rundown

    Paradise! An absolutely wonderful place to spend a week at the beach. All the comforts of home. Well cleaned upon arrival. Nothing can beat stepping out your bedroom sliding door into your very own tropical pool area. We enjoyed the birds visiting us everyday as we enjoyed having the pool all to ourselves. Would definitely return if it ever becomes available.
    Crossing the busy road to get to the beach was a little scary. Other than that, we loved everything.

    From the first minutes of our stay, we enjoyed and rejoiced that we chose Derby Lane. We liked everything! Location, cleanliness, quietness and convenience. This is a fabulous place! Ocean 5 minutes walk. The owners did a great job, thank you! We will definitely come back)))
