Quiet, good location , nice view, decent price.

Staff were friendly for the most part but not prepared for our arrival. We had some issues getting our parking pass and had to go back several times to resolve it. The unit needed some repairs like a broken cabinet door and window screen were both hanging off.

Very good

I didn't like that there was alligators around the entire property. We was there to do fishing.

The condo was very spacious and it exceeded my expectation. It accommodated my entire family and friends. Everyone was comfortable.

It was so hard to find. It took me 3 hours to find the condo. The directions wasn't very clear.

Good location overall.

Reserved a 3 bedroom. Got a two bedroom. Property blamed Booking.com for the error. Guests had to sleep on an air mattress.

Disappointing

Spinnaker is not ready for a busy summer.

The condo was spacious for a family of four.

Checking in was very disorganized. After telling the desk person that I had a reservation, he sent me to another spot since he assumed I was there for the timeshare deal. I told him several times that I just needed to check in. Then I went to the other place on Office park, and they kept me for 20 minutes trying to find my reservation. Then she sent me back to the first guy who just said Sorry, you didn't have to go over there. When we finally got into our place, it looked like it had not been used in a long time. The AC didn't work, it was 77. I called maintenance and he was very helpful and turned on the AC, he put in another call and said to expect someone else the next day. That guy did not show up until we were leaving.

needs remodelling, the furniture looks like its from 1980s, long distance to the beach. like 7 min away by car and doesnt have short cut to the beach

Superb

Beautiful Vacation

The condo was beautiful and clean. It had every amenity that we could possibly need. Check-in was super quick and easy. The staff were always kind and friendly.

We had stayed last year at a different Spinnaker resort and like the location of that one better than this one. It was a wonderful facility but in order to ride our bikes it took a lot longer to get where we would ride our bikes. Otherwise I have zero complaints!
