Room is OK. Very well-equipped gym. Friendly staff at the reception Swimming pool was very nice.

It was okay

Proximity to Disneyland. Modern fixtures. Good storage.

Room didnt seem very clean. Floor was dirty, hair was is the shower, and spider on towel. Blanket was dirty and looked like it should have been thrown away. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on outside.

The location is decent in proximity to Disneyland. After a long day at the park its just a smidge too far of a walk for me at 52 3 days in a row.

Very unorganized. The heat system sucks if it gets cold you will stay cold. Very very over priced for what you actually get. I got a club level room and not one person here could explain my benefits to me so I therefore didnt receive any. We didnt get checked in until 5:30 due to the inability to communicate among the hotel staff. One person ONE tried to help.

We requested two rooms be near each other and they were.

Staff was rude when checking in and basically nonexistent. The labor strike definitely made our stay extremely unpleasant. We support everyones right to protest but the protesters are allowed on the property and start at 6am and go to 7pm, honking horns and banging drums. Also, we paid for club level and the lounge was terrible. Lots of times it wasnt even stocked. There is no compensation just a sign explaining that services may be disrupted and to accept their apologies. In addition, we only had housekeeping show up one day. Shame on Marriott for not taking care of their workers and their guests! I will not patronize this property again, nor any in the vicinity. I also do not recommend any stay here.

Great location only a 10-15 min walk from Disneyland. Hotel staff were very friendly. Rooms were nice and spacious.

Disappointing

I liked that it was very close to Disneyland, walking distance and very close to stores and restaurants.

During our stay there was a protest on the property and we asked staff and they said that it was in other hotels nearby as well but we only saw this one with the protest. They had the main front entrance closed off since they were there and then the following day Saturday, they were protesting in the parking lot at 6am, woke us up and us staying in the 1st floor we had them walking right outside. Something about local 11, I wish because of this we wouldve been compensated for at least part of what we payed. Unfortunately there wasnt any other rooms available at the hotels nearby so we had to stay until Sunday but if your planning on going soon I would suggest another hotel. The room was also slightly dirty, there was spider webs and a spider was on the restroom door.
