    Fine, but rooms could use an update.
    It was mostly clean. Lobby and staff were nice.
    The rust stains in the tub and stains on the carpet were pretty gross.

    The place felt run down overall, in need of updates/repairs. My folks stayed in another room, there was no hot water in the shower.

    Need black out curtains which is a basic necessity at a 4 star hotel
    Clean place. Staff accommodated my request for early check in and late check out due to the wedding events taking place at the property which I was attending
    Very small bathroom: only one person can use at a time. It was shocking that the black out curtains did not close resulting in poor sleep. The room was facing the outdoor construction facility of the hotel. At 4 am, there were very bright flood lights that turned on outdoor. With no black out curtains, the light shone in my room, resulting in sleep disturbance. I paid over $200 for a night to get no sleep??? It defeated the purpose of my stay overnight at the hotel: very disappointed!!

    The room was very comfortable and very clean the mattress on the bed was comfortable. I will say we had dinner in the restaurant and it was the best dinner my husband and I had in a restaurant ever. We both had the salmon and the cook was out standing. I have never given a cook a tip but we gave the cook a tip. The waiter was the greatest so polite he was also outstanding I give the restaurant a 10+.

    very pleasant overnight stay after arriving at Logan from France
    manager on duty was very prompt in responding to our very cold room. came upstairs and adjusted thermostat right away.
