Room was small with no comfortable seating.
No complimentary breakfast and they charged $50 to my card for "incidentals" without me even buying anything. It's wrong to do so!!

Rooms are updated but cleaning needs a full overhaul. Vacuuming poor, litter from prior guests in room, bathrooms not fully cleaned to overnight. At the edge of town. Good for football, harder for other activities

This property had amazing staff from check in, to breakfast and restaurant/bar. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The staff here are all about service.

I paid for 12 rooms for my staff and after the first day one of my instructors notice a $500.00 charge to his debit card. By the rend of the week it had increased to $900.00. Although it was supposed to be refunded, that was held against his card so he was not able to use his card. I had never had this happen before and was not given a clear explanation as to why it was done.
