amazing service and hotel

Views were amazing, counter staff were accommodating and very helpful. Miranda made me a little gift basket for my birthday because i mentioned it was my birthday. Free hot chocolate and coffee daily 24/7 as well as fresh water and cookies. Fun games to play in the lounge/foyer. Bar staff Erica was amazing and making drinks and her service was impeccable.

The waitress in your restaurant was fantastic, and the food delicious.

It was uncomfortable, strange, and unprofessional that we were unable to get keys for our room, the system was broken, and to get into our room or anywhere that required a key, we had to find a staff member to escort us with their key. This lead to us having to prove to each escort who we were, which they then had to look up before we could be escorted to our room. We will never be staying here again!

Couldnt find our reservation and insisted we needed our Reservation #. Had to evacuate our floor due to fire alarm. Never told why. Needs serious updating for the price we paid.

Everyone so friendly and helpful

Buffett was great. Pricey but good and staff was awesome. Gina is so pleasant. After the 30 minutes with her felt like we had been friends for years

Asked numerous times for a walk in shower, was told I would get one at the Reception only to find a bath shower combo. Suite was large but bathroom awful and tiny with bath and shower curtain :(
