Kini Bay is a stunning seasid (Read More)e town with friendly people and great snorkeling opportunities. Breaking Waves house offers a tranquil beachfront experience. While not ideal for swimming, the beach has some clearings for relaxation. Overall, it is a lovely area to live with beautiful views and great fishing spots.

    Great view and very friendly and helpful managers and owners.
    There was no bathroom door between bedroom and bathroom. The second bedroom bed was very small.

    Overall, my stay was exceptional, a true gem and a home away from home!
    The location is marvelous, on the beach. Internet connection was good and is included. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful and neighbors are super friendly.
    The only small con is the lack of a washing machine for guests to do their own laundry if preferred! However, there is a Laundromat situated in Seaview.

    That there was no TV and the long hours without power. No parking nearer to the flat

    The location is PERFECT! It is clean and everything you need is on hand. Real value for the money we paid.
    Parking seemed to be a little problem, but it is safe to park in the street, so all is well.

    Definitely the spaceand the option to sit and braai on your own stoep!
    The main bedroom I would shift to the open plan! Want to hear the sea waking up!
