Good stay

The breakfast buffet was amazing and well managed considering it was New Year and the hotel was full. Staff are unfailingly polite and helpful and super honest. House keeper found cash and credit card I had dropped and handed it in.

Bags took over an hour to reach our rooms. In fact they didn't as it was quicker to fetch them ourselves. Hotel was busy but manage our expectations and tell us there will be a long wait and possibly quicker to carry our own bags.

Beautiful stay at the Shangri-La La Colombo

Great hotel and service resulting in an amazing stay. The staff in the Horizon Lounge were outstanding. They looked after us beautifully and were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Particularly want to thank Seniya, Naveesha, Fayaz and Buhari. Highly recommend the Club rooms.

Very good

Great place to get pampered for a couple of days

Very quiet room high up overlooking the ocean and marina. Excellent Bar and Grill restaurant - loved the Tuna/mango ceviche Spa services were great and loved the massages.

Perhaps a bit pricey for Sri-Lanka. Take-away-breakfast a bit on the light side. No ATM facility.
