The Serene Kandy has a great location with nice views of Candy lake and the surroundings. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is polite and helpful. Some rooms offer a nice view an (Read More)d the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is basic but sufficient. The only downside is that the restaurant and rooftop pool are located in a separate building. Overall, it is a good place for a quick stay with some minor issues.

Will definitely be back next time we are in Kandy!

This is a really fabulous hotel, there were repairs in the sister hotel (also lovely) that we were booked to stay in, so we stayed in the villa apartment across the street. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff were wonderful and always on hand to help. Wonderful shower, amazing view from the balcony, and in a great area to explore the city. The pool was also really wonderful with a rooftop view of Kandy! Definitely the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka

Extraordinary View

A great stay in Serene Kandy in the beautiful hills of upcountry, clean and comfortable rooms with great view. Their hospitality was great, and the breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyedthe infinity pool. The view from the pool was extraordinary. You can catch the whole city view from there. The toothed relic, Kandy Lake, and the mountains are so nicely seen by the pool. I just loved being there. Also not far away from the city and the most calming place that I have ever visited. I recommend this hotel to anyone, who is looking to spend some good time in the beautiful hills of Kandy.

Everything is Perfect...

All I can say is that the entire team made my stay very pleasant. Prasanna and Asiri were great as well as the entire front desk staff! Everyone was both professional and courteous. It is a very clean and convenient location... the views were great too. All told, I highly recommend it!

Brilliant service and excellent staff. We had a lovely stay here and will certainly go back in the future. If you would like to arrange any tours or driver's during the stay then I highly recommend that you ask the hotel manager as he was able to provide us with a brilliant guide called Samantha who I highly recommend!

Good hotel , great staff

Lovely hotel, very spacious comfortable room, quiet. The staff was welcoming, helpful and caring throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the roof pool with amazing views of Kandy.
