Well equiped, 4 star hotel level rooms, good breakfast

Spa for extra payment, inside swimming pool is a joke so ir is not an option for having relaxed sauna evening after skiing

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel on walk distance to historical city center, great breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Had an issue, immediately solved. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, bathroom with bidet. Just 15 to 20 minutes walk to historical center. We stayed 3 days, kept the car in the parking and walked a lot.

Perfect stay and would love to return.

Hotel Luna is well located and a short distance from the centre of Granada and above all offers Car Parking. Had no problems finding it. A walk to the centre takes about 15-20 min at your leisure. A cab costs roughly 6. A cab from the centre to Alhambra costs 7. Cabs are well priced here and are cashless which is a + factor. The Hotel was comfortable, modern and well maintained. If your looking at this location, youd be advised to book it, unless you want to be in the centre and then Parking will become your biggest problem.

The facilities look amazing but its a thin veneer, rooms low class staff unhelpful

The pool, the spa (extra cost) , possibility to use gym and have a massage. Had to pay (or bring) a swimming cap.

The staff ignored us on arrival. Their tacit on being asked for a quieter room was to offer ever smaller rooms even though they said they had lots of rooms. No gown/slippers. No kettle tea or coffee in room. Dark gloomy room. Light in entrance buzzed alarmingly. One socket didnt work. Pillows were overly soft. Bathrooms had minimal comforts, refillable pump action soap and shampoo, very low class. Better room facilities in a travelodge. Hotel looks nice with pool etc but rooms are bleak. Fur coat nae knickers. Food in bar was vile. A Caesar salad with the worst quality chicken nuggets used - uneatable. We left a day early as we were so depressed by the place.

The staff were friendly and it had an indoor pool though it couldve been warmer

The breakfast buffet was stale , I got food poisoning from the hotel bistro cafe and the rooms are cardboard boxes with no pictures just blank walls and absolutely no where to hang clothes or towels, the shower was also tiny and made stuck air grinding noises .

Exceptional

The breakfast was the best during my trip to Spain. It can't be compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The staff are fantastic! They are good, hard-working people. It's not a new building, but it's well maintained. The room is comfortable and enough to stay.
