Comfy and Cozy
Everything was great for a first time stay. Loved the Christmas decorations too! We had Apple Martinis from the hotel bar as well and they were spectacular! Loved the indoor pool and that the hotel was pet friendly. Comfy and cozy rooms, would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this full service resort. We plan to return.
Our room wasn't quite ready, so we were upgraded to a Parlor Suite. We really appreciated the help from the staff!
We were there to attend an event. It was really convenient to walk from our room to the event.
The upgrade to the Parlor Suite was awesome (and appreciated), but the shower/bathroom in the Parlor Suite didn't live up to the rest of the room (seemed outdated).

If it wasnt for the broken air conditioner in my room, it would had been perfect!!!!
The property grounds was beautiful, the inside looked beautiful! Some say it looked like a plantation! As for me the building itself reminded my of a mental institution. The front of the building was more inviting but driving from the back and side of the building, it didnt look like a hotel, more like a nursing home, or a mental institution. Once walking into the property, it was very bright white, gray, and antique vibes. Fell like I walked into the 1920s but if was pretty! The only colors came off of the guest clothes!
In the room if was easy so see any flaws, in the bathroom above shower it was some wet stain on the cell. On one of the bathroom sink handles there was some gum or candy substance stuck on it. The water came out rusty brown before it turned clear and this happened numerous times. I was staying at the hotel to celebrate my sons wedding for this day. After the rehearsal dinner, settling down in my room around 11 pm we noticed our warm was quite warm, I tried to switch cool, it stated it did switch to cool but hour an hour if felt warmer! A little over 12 I could take the heat and I had to get up at 5:30 for my makeup appointment. I called the front and explained the air isnt coming on and how hot it is. The guy at the front described to me how to worked the thermostat. I already tried all that he described to me. He said back because what time was, unfortunately there wasnt no maintenance man to check it. So I told him I will tried again. I tuned the unit and the window. Now the unit was giving off a hissing sound along with the heat. I dealt with this for an hour or more. I felt sick with a headache, sticking body, and just irritated. I had enough, I called the front and the guy came on the phone. I told him nothing hasnt changed and its getting to bare this heat. I have asthma so that doesnt help. Also the price I paid for one night $317. Something needed to be done and to send one up to the room to check it. He agreed to send someone and they came within 3 mins. Once I opened the door and the person walked in, he started, omg, its hot in here, my thoughts, nah really!!! The man walked to the the thermostat and tried exactly the same I did. He saw the cool word on the screen of the thermostat but now the temperature is reading 85 in the room. He noticed the heat wasnt turning off! He pressed harder on it and nothing.

Overall, I would give Seaview Hotel a 7 out 10
The valet personnel are impeccable in what they do. Also, I was greeted by an older gentleman manager at the front guess, he was exceptionally pleasant and professional.
The inside of the bathroom commode was dirty and also the shower water was slippery.
