Very good

The beach was better than expected. The breakfast was excellent. The transfers included was a bonus.

The island, unfortunately, is over developed with the required number of tourists missing.

Excellent location, clean, new, modern comfortable rooms.

Location was the best. Close proximity to market/shops etc

They neglected to clean the room one day indicating my do not disturb was on, which it was definitely not! But they did being new towels and water on request, very quickly. Daily housekeeping was also quite late in the day.

We will be back!

Everything about this place is amazing. The buffet breakfast was great with a large range of choices. We highly recommend also the seafood buffet dinner. Rooms were huge, with amazing views, great room service, comfortable beds, modern facilities. Infinity pool and private beach were a highlight of our stay. Location was super convenient, with the hotel being located within walking distance to any places that need to be visited including dinh cau jetty, tourist information and booking offices, the Phu Quoc night markets, cafes and other tourist attractions. Finally, the staff made our stay memorable, their kind, helpful and attentive service is something we will remember and recommend to everyone who is looking to stay at phu quoc. Airport shuttle service is super convenient too - recommend booking this in advance, the hotel will send a message about it when you book.

Too big and not really relaxing.

The pool and access to the beach. Easy walk to night market.

Too expensive. Food and drinks overpriced. Lift got stuck. Long time to check in.

Excellent property-spacious rooms, great pool and location

Seashells has a great location, on the beach and a couple of hundred metres to the night market. The airport transfer and checkin and out are well managed. The infinity edged pool is terrific, large and a good depth, with a nice swim up bar. Our Premium Ocean View room was outstanding large, great view, comfortable beds, excellent shower and air conditioning, and good sized balcony. The buffet breakfast was nice- good choice and quick dish refills

Our room service dinner was very poor, and we were served a poorly cellared and out of life bottle of wine. To the hotels credit, it was replaced when we complained. With insufficient sun lounges around the pool, the pool attendants need to police people who reserve chairs and then leave them unused for hours

A refreshing STAY at BEACH SIDE.

The location is super strategic with the night-market, beach and convenience stores at walking distance. The staffs are friendly and able to converse in English.

Like everything. Small things can be improved could be time taken to send things to room upon request such as towel or ice cubes. But in overall, good service.
